This position is directly responsible for managing and executing the deliverables outlined by the Rape Prevention Education: Expanding Community Capacity to End Sexual Violence Grant deliverables as outlined in the project description:
• S&T—Social Norms and Teaching Skills: supporting the Green Dot Bystander intervention program.
• O—Opportunities: coordinating the Financial Wellness and Leadership Series.
• P—Protective Environments: coordinate the Community Resilience Certificate program and support the Coordinated Community Response Team (CCRT).
• SV—identify goals, strategies, or objectives in the Leon County Community Health Improvement Plan where grant activities align or support violence prevention work. Monitor progress throughout the grant.
Coordinates and submits the sexual violence prevention progress report; monthly invoice submission; quarterly expenditure report (QER); projected contract expense; annual financial report; and other reports as required.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in public health, health promotion, health education, higher education, or related field and three years experience with two of those years experieince with domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking prevention initiatives/programs.
Experience developing and facilitating educational workshop
Experience working with college student populations
Ability to incorporate multicultural diversity and social justice concepts and principles into health and wellness.
Collaborative work style with self-directed initiative and great presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; computer literatePreferred
Master's degree in public health, health promotion, health education, higher education, or related field.
Three years of experience with domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking prevention initiatives/programs
Familiar with health promotion theories, evidence based best practices, outcome evaluation, statistical analysis, and health behavior research methodologies.
