The University of Tennessee Foundation is seeking a professional to join the Advancement team for the University of Tennessee Knoxville campus. The Creative Communications Coordinator position exists to produce and execute visual communications for advancement initiatives alongside the Director of Creative Communications and the Associate Director of Creative Communications. The coordinator will focus primarily on executing graphic design projects such as donor impact books, printed stewardship materials, or event communications aimed at alumni and donors to the university. The position exists to support the Advancement division with alumni engagement, donor relations, and development to ensure programs, events, initiatives, and university priorities are effectively communicated to key audiences; with special attention to visual design.

The Foundation is an interdependent nonprofit corporation that enriches the lives of the students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of the University of Tennessee through alumni engagement, financial stewardship and private investments.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Candidate must have 1-3 years of professional experience, along with experience in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. They also must have strong interpersonal and communications skills, along with creative thinking. Excellent time management and project management skills and a positive attitude are essential. Candidate must be a process-driven team player and proactive decision-maker, with a strong desire to advance The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Experience with other Adobe programs, Microsoft Office, print production, and digital photography is preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly supportive of and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
