QualificationsBachelor's Degree required. Experience working in public schools a plus. Preferred skills include excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. A successful candidate will have the ability to take personal/professional initiative, prioritize tasks, handle multiple demands simultaneously and to a conclusion, and engage others in solutions as appropriate. They will also have the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality, possess a knowledge of general office procedures and equipment, including the ability to use various office software programs, enter data and manage databases, and maintain web pages.
