DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide prompt, courteous and efficient food and beverage service for the banquet department.Set up for banquet events, carry trays, serve guests and clean up events.Provide consistently high standard of service in all areas of service and meal functions related to group.Ensure a clean and safe working environment.Effectively handle customer concerns.Participate in department and pre-shift meetings.Understand and practice “Service Alcohol with Care” principles.Maintain compliance with required training as designated by supervisor.Regular and consistent attendance at work.Perform other related work duties as assigned.PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:Welcome, value, and nurture people of all backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences as well as support and promote an environment that accepts differences.Regular and consistent attendance at work.Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
