Job Summary:

The Patient Services Coordinator position will require flexibility, versatility, and overall productivity of the department by assisting with pre-authorizations, schedule diagnostic testing, orders, filing, and other clerical duties as assigned by the management team.

IEBC (Internal Employee Being Considered)

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Knowledge of MS Windows, Word, customer service skills, insurance authorization/precertification knowledge. Will use Allscripts Electronic Health Record (AEHR) and Project Management (APM) as well as Sunrise Clinical Management (SCM) systems.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Experience in Ambulatory Clinics preferred.
