Job Summary:

This position supports users of the HDI Online Learning Center. This position responds to email and phone communication to resolve user questions and issues. Tasks for this role include creating new user accounts, resetting login information, confirming order details, sending completion certificates, and other similar responsibilities. This position requires strong customer service skills and attention to detail. This job will work remotely.
