Responsible for responding to telephone and email communications within the Office of Enrollment Management including the Office of Admissions, Office of Financial Aid, Office of the University Registrar and Visitor Services. The work consists of answering phones, responding to questions about Enrollment Management, and referring them to the appropriate person(s). Informing prospective and current students on requirements and respective deadlines. Responds to inquiries and escalates issues related to student admission, registration and/or enrollment requirements including residency, testing, required documentation for consideration to the University. Assesses student application/record information and evaluates the appropriate actions needed to resolve inquiries made by prospective and current students calling on matters related to the aforementioned areas.


High School diploma or equivalency.
Must be committed to excellent customer service.


Experience with Microsoft Excel and web-based technology is preferred.
Previous Customer Service experience.
Familiar with university admissions application processes, financial aid deadlines and requirement, and should be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Criminal Background Check
