Position Summary(Basic Job Function)

This is a temporary or on-call position. Provides direct nursing care, counseling and instruction to patients in a health care clinic.

Unit Position Summary

This Nurse Clinician will be assigned to work in the Surgery clinic. Primary job duties include, but are not limited to, telephone triage, RN visits, assisting providers and other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications

RN license

The ideal applicant will have one to three years of demonstrated experience in general surgery; possession of a valid vehicle operator’s license; one to three years’ experience working with medical students, residents, and fellows.
