Position Summary:

Acts as home game operations manager for department and outside sports competitions and events. Share in supervision and maintenance of facilities and events.

Required Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in facility/event management;
• Organizational, administrative and computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database, preferably Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
• Experience in bookkeeping, or the fiscal/budgetary process of managing facilities and events;
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others using strong interpersonal skills;
• Organizational, administrative and computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, and databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Experience in collegiate athletics or higher education;
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Photoshop.

Conditions of Employment::

• Subject to evening, weekend and holiday work. May be subject to occasional travel.

• This is a non-exempt position, eligible to receive overtime in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position may be subject to overtime during high peak times, etc. as directed and approved by the supervisor.

• Restricted position subject to availability of funding.
