Advertised Job Summary:

The Student Services Program Coordinator Il is responsible for processing graduate applications, entering new student data into the University’s data management systems, and processing recommendations for admission as well as updating current student information and working with program personnel to facilitate tracking to degree, including the entry and management of all forms required by the Graduate School The coordinator will works as part of a team and be responsible for graduate programs as assigned. The coordinator will assist with special projects and events and perform tasks assigned by Senior Leadership of the Graduate School. This will include participation in graduation (1 Saturday per year) and other student functions sponsored with the centralizing and standardizing of document handling procedures.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions):

Masters degree in Student Services or related field, or bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1. Understanding of The Graduate School policies and procedures concerning admissions, registration, programs of study, committees and graduation clearance. 2. Must have excellent interpersonal, communications and computer skills.
