Job Details:

Coastal Carolina University is accepting applications for the part-time, temporary position of Administrative Support to work in the Office of Veteran Services.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Providing exceptional customer service to all constituents, including but not limited to, faculty, staff, students, visitors and the community at large; responding to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner; performing administrative office support functions for the department; answering phones; responding to emails; assisting students/family members who visit the Office of Veteran Services; and assisting the program manager and certification official with clerical functions related to the certification of military-affiliated students. Clerical tasks may include, but are not limited to: gathering documents; pulling class schedules; ensuring documentation is signed; and performing other administrative support activities; and other duties as assigned.

Requirements: High school diploma and administrative support experience or equivalent education, training and experience. Supervisory experience is preferred.
