  • Position Description:

    This position will serve as a main point of contact and provideadministrative support for the Eberly Center for Women (ECW), Minority BusinessAssistance Center (MBAC), and Minority Business Development Center (MBDC).Primary responsibilities will include providing excellent service to diverse students,faculty, staff, and community members by serving as their first point of contact;contributing to the team success by coordinating logistics for a wide varietyof programs, projects, and events; managing data and generating reports; and supportingthe office through general clerical work and other duties as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Education/experience/licensing:
    High school diploma or GED required.
    1 year of secretarial experience required.
    Ability to type a minimum of 48 wpm.
    Must be committed to diversity and be culturally competent.
    Experience scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements required. Managing UT budgets and familiar with UT policies and procedures preferred.
    Proficiency with office technology and software including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as a willingness to learn new programs including SalesForce, website management, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and SharePoint.
