Temporary Research Specialist
TemporaryEssential Job Duties:
Temporary position for soil health and soil carbon sequestration research. Successful candidate will work with graduate and undergraduate students performing soil health sample collection and analysis of soil health test metrics, in addition to field establishment. The activities performed will include but are not limited to soil sampling, analysis of soil health parameters, data collection and interpretation and graphing.Is Time Limited:

-Must be able to work independently
-Strong organizational and basic computer skills (word, excel, image files)
-Ability to effectively communicate and multitask
-Must be meticulous, punctual and reliable
-Must have experience analyzing soil health parameters
-Ability to conduct basic statistical analyses using SAS or R, and should be able to prepare summary graphs and tables.
-MS in soil and crop science
-Experience establishing a soil health study in the field
