Duties and Responsibilities:

Two Full-Time Non-Tenure Track Lecturer Positions:
1.Strategy and Leadership
2.Management/Organizational Behavior/Organizational Theory

The Department of Management in the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago invites candidates to apply for one or both full-time, clinical, non-tenure-track appointments, to begin in Fall 2021. These positions are one-year, renewable appointments. Previous teaching experience in Strategy, Management or related areas, as well as business experience, are preferred.

Responsibilities will include the following: The successful candidate will teach a variety of courses. Specific course assignments for the Management/Organizational Behavior/Theory candidate might include Managing People and Organizations, Organizational Leadership and Change, and Organizational Development. Specific course assignments for the Strategy candidate might include Strategic Management, Strategy and Leadership, and Values-Based Leadership. The successful candidate in each area will have experience in these or related areas, and be willing to work with Management Department colleagues to maintain an appropriate curriculum. Academic and Professional Qualifications include a minimum of an earned master’s degree in business administration or a closely related field. Leadership experience in business or some teaching experience is preferred. A PhD is not required. Qualified candidates must demonstrate teaching potential and a strong commitment to the mission of the University. Of special interest are candidates who can further the University’s efforts to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Rank and Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Summer school employment is available based on program needs and other personnel considerations.
