Position Description:
The mission of Residential Life is to create, safe, supportive, and inclusive living-learning communities that engage residents in order to foster their academic success, personal growth, and responsible citizenship. An entry-level professional position responsible for assisting the Resident Director with the implementation of the student development program in the residential facility. Assigned to a facility housing approximately 800-1100 students, and may work with 17-24 Resident Assistants and other student leaders. Under the supervision of the Resident Director, student staff advising and training; program oversight; Student Government advising; counseling/advising individuals; emergency/crisis response; student conduct; collaborate with Front Desk operations, Housing Assignments and Dining Services to provide student service.
This position is a full-time, live-in residence, contract position.
