Physical Requirements:

Lifting, pushing and or pulling objects up to 50 lbs, standing or walking with objects up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, work in confined spaces, working at heights above 4 feet at times and walking for extended periods of time

Shift:

Monday-Friday; 7:30 AM-3:45 PM (37.5 hours/week); and this position may require overtime to meet department needs and/or possible on-call schedule.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Building Operator Supervisor, this position may work as the team leader for 1 – 5 employees and is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, operating, and repairing building systems and overall facilities in an assigned area. Must be customer service oriented.
