Required Related Experience:

Formal music background and ability to read music, data entry in MS Excel.

Required License/Registration/Certification:


Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform data entry for extended periods of time, ability to lift up to 30 lbs.


Variable, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, up to 15 hours per week.

Job Summary:

The UK Fine Arts Library is seeking a student worker for 12 – 15 hours a week to work in the Fine Arts Cataloging Unit. The student will assist with identifying UK Libraries holdings in a large gift collection with books and music scores. Major job responsibilities include; searching items in WorldCat, organizing and inventorying unprocessed collections, and keeping track of various project components.
