Job Summary

Must possess the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team member.

Can document the software and hardware problems associated with 12,000+ students’ personal computers and other peripherals.

Assist on installation of new and/or existing applications and document software issues that occur.

Inform users about status of their tickets

Assisting with troubleshooting hardware equipment for devices brought in by students, faculty and staff and recommending parts to fix issues.

Required Qualifications

Must have been a University of West Georgia student for the previous spring semester or will be an incoming student for the upcoming fall semester and maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative grade-point average unless otherwise noted/indicated by the hiring department.

Preferred Qualifications

GPA above 2.5

Proposed Salary $7.25 - $8.50Optional Documents to Attach
