Job Summary
Must possess the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team member.
Can document the software and hardware problems associated with 12,000+ students’ personal computers and other peripherals.
Assist on installation of new and/or existing applications and document software issues that occur.
Inform users about status of their tickets
ResponsibilitiesStudent Assistant I positions include standard, routine duties which require minimal prior training or experience. Most often, Student Assistant I positions work with other students and are frequently supervised.

Required QualificationsMust have been a University of West Georgia student for the previous spring semester or will be an incoming student for the upcoming fall semester and maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative grade-point average unless otherwise noted/indicated by the hiring department.
Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
