The Department of Ophthalmology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Comprehensive Ophthalmology. Applicants must have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. ABO-certified or eligible.
Teaching responsibilities may include attending in resident clinic and medical student education at the Scheie Eye Institute and its satellite facilities.
Clinical responsibilities may include providing comprehensive ophthalmology patient care at the Scheie Eye Institute and its satellite facilities.
The successful applicant will have experience in the field of Ophthalmology with a focus on Comprehensive Ophthalmology.
