Instructor of Associate Degree Nursing
Job description
Pay for this position is based on a 9 month contract working Fall and Spring semesters. The anticipated start date for this position is August 23, 2021.
The permanent responsibility of a faculty member is to provide the most effective instruction possible in his/her discipline. Supervision is received from appropriate supervisor. The faculty member works to insure that his/her instruction is meeting the educational needs of students.
Requirements:This position requires a Master's Degree or Doctorate, preferably in Nursing. If Master's Degree is in a discipline other than Nursing, must hold Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and minimum of six graduate hours in Nursing. A valid, unencumbered TX Nursing License or privilege to practice is also required. A criminal background check is required.
