Summary

This position has direct responsibility for facilitating employer relationships for the Career Management Center at the Freeman School of Business for management of the recruiting and hiring process. In this role, the individual will manage all aspects of the recruiting process and engagement with students, recruiters, alumni, and others.  In collaboration with the Executive Director, the Recruiting Relations Manager develops and executes strategy that develops and enhances relationships with new and existing employers and recruiting partners.  The Recruiting Relations Manager performs company research to identify and monitor target companies and tracks information in a data management system. This position oversees the electronic recruiting platform used in the Career Management Center (Handshake). The Recruiting Relations Manager prepares reports as required to keep peers and leadership informed of progress and initiatives to match students with opportunities. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum three years of sales, marketing, business development, account management or relationship management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business or Human Resources
  • Five years of higher education experience with increasing levels of responsibility in a collegiate career office setting

    • Ability to develop strategic plans, including priorities, performance measures, and evaluations
