Advertised Job Summary:

Under general supervision provides guidance and support to participants throughout their Carolina Online journey. Provides one-stop navigational assistance to potential students, applicants, enrolled students, students seeking registration or financial aid, and students seeking technical assistance. Aids in maintaining a knowledge database to ensure all processes are documented, reviewed, and followed consistently according to program objectives, policies, and procedures and are aligned with the mission of the university. Serves as a primary point of contact for program operations, subject matter expert for the Carolina Online program, and is responsible for coordination with various units across the University to ensure a seamless experience for students and potential students of this program. Responsible for providing excellence in customer service, expedient problem resolution, and efficiency in carrying out all program objectives. Provides feedback to the Provost’s Office for program growth, development, and process enhancement.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Student Services or related field and 2 years related experience, or bachelor’s degree and 4 years related experience..
