Job Description:

Applications are invited for an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Hospitality Management, to teach courses in hospitality finance and accounting.

Requirements:

Candidates should have strong knowledge of sources of debt/equity, cash flows, managing financial risks, financial statements, financial ratios, asset management, feasibility studies, and real estate valuation in the hospitality industry.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, finance, or accounting. A master's degree in accounting or an MBA with a focus in finance would show evidence of scholarly potential. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a strong commitment to working as part of a collaborative team.
