Job Description:


The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst position, a full-time administrative position, will serve as a functional specialist in conjunction with Information Technology to Human Resources. Essential functions include: supporting the Banner HRIS module; performing professional-level duties in the analysis, testing, implementation, documentation and maintenance of computer system applications; providing technical support to end users for applications; producing a variety of reports; Performing a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.



Requirements:


The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or human resources related field; at least 3 years of experience in report writing, querying, data analysis, HRIS, ERP or database management, web page maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.


Experience in creating reports in Argos, Excel, and basic knowledge of SQL, preferred. Prior experience working with Banner HRIS, preferred.
