Job Description

Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Officer for Neurology, or his/her delegate, this position will be responsible for the invoicing of clinical trials, a/r review and follow-up for clinical trials, and reporting of the same to his/her supervisor and the grants managers/faculty within the department. Ideal candidate must have very strong excel skills and the ability to communicate with external and internal stakeholders and a background in accounting.

Neurology is a dynamic, fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. Selected candidate must be able to prioritize work assignments as needed and be thoughtful about how decisions made directly affect stakeholders. Responsibilities are not limited only to those listed in this job description.


The minimum of a Associates Degree and 2 to 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge of bookkeeping/clerical accounting; basic knowledge of accounting practices; knowledge of office procedures; intermediate to advanced PC skills in multiple applications.
