These datasets will be integrated with knowledge of clinical genomic sequencing data for future precision medicine therapies.
The candidate will be responsible for exploratory data analysis and visualization, implementation of novel algorithms and pipelines described in literature, and writing and maintaining software released by the Hsu lab.

In addition, the preferred candidate will be familiar with Linux command line and HPC environments. Background in genomics, MS-based proteomics, or network science is a plus. Though all backgrounds will be considered, applicants from other fields but with a strong interest in the scientific topic matter are welcome.
