Position Scope
Provides product or service information.
Receives guests’ requests and complaints in person.
Works on routine customer service assignments using established and well-defined procedures. Refers unusual cases to supervisor.
Requirements
Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
Must be able to work during winter break.
Must be available to work through Christmas holiday break.
Fluency in a foreign language is highly desirable but not required.
Should be a high school graduate or the equivalent.
No prior work experience required.
Must attach resume and a copy of your spring semester class schedule (Weekly view).
