Enrollment Management at UIUC has an opening for an Assistant Director, Data Analysis and Systems Services. This is a new position, joining an experienced team of five analysts that support the data and reporting needs of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and the Registrar. We are looking for a skilled analyst, a systems thinker that will be able to understand, create and improve processes that relate to data. We partner with web and design teams in web application development. We support a Slate CRM and the logic and data to drive dozens of communication and market campaigns and millions of emails annually. With 50,000 undergraduate applications each year and several homegrown systems, we program, audit, predict and analyze extensively. We have complex data integrations and extensive report development across multiple tools. In the coming year, we will be integrating Common App undergraduate applications into our systems and shifting many of our processes to Azure technologies.

This is a full-time Civil Service, Business Administrative Associate position. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the close of the search. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
