Salary Information:$947 per Equivalent Credit Hour (ECH)
Job Summary:Temporary, part-time instructor Summer and Fall semesters 2021.
Various Diesel courses with days and evenings available at our Ankeny and Boone Campuses.
Essential Functions:Teaches assigned courses in accordance with course competencies and syllabi. Develops and/or utilizes a variety of instructional strategies, techniques and delivery methods designed to meet the individual learning styles of students. Fosters a safe and civil learning environment. Informs students about course requirements, evaluation procedures, and attendance policies. Monitors, evaluates, and documents student attendance, progress and competency attainment.
Required Qualifications:Associate degree or diploma in subject area
DSL 145, 155, 409:
Associate degree or diploma in subject area OR Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related
3 years non-teaching related work experience
Desired Qualifications:Teaching experience.
Work Schedule:Various Diesel courses with days and evenings available at our Ankeny and Boone Campuses.
