Position Summary
The University of Denver Sturm College of Law seeks to hire one or more Visiting Professors (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level) for one or two semesters during Academic Year 2021-2022. We seek candidates with J.D. degrees (or their equivalent), exceptional academic records, relevant professional experience, and a commitment to outstanding and inclusive pedagogy. Areas of potential interest include, without limitation, Contracts, Torts, Civil Procedure, employment law, immigration law, tax law, and clinical instruction.

Required Qualifications

  • JD or equivalent degree.
  • Experience in law school teaching.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 per semester.

The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
