Duties and Responsibilities:

The Andrew M. Greeley Center for Catholic Education was created to support the mission of pre-Kindergarten-12th grade Catholic schools through consultation and professional learning. We meet with client organizations to identify professional learning needs and create customized plans to achieve those goals. We create strategies to build the capacity of Catholic schools so they can continue to meet the spiritual and educational needs of the students that they serve.
The Administrative Coordinator position will support the mission and work of the Center through consistent communication and marketing support, administrative supports, and office management.

Primary responsibilities of this position include:
1)Communications & Marketing
●Ensure that all promotional materials (print and web) are current.
●Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and partners.
●Follow up and nurture prospects via email, telephone, and in-person consultations.
●Manage social media tools to effectively connect with current and prospective clients and partners.
oMaintain and nurture relationships with dioceses across the U.S. and internationally.
oMarket School of Education degrees and certificates that serve Catholic educators.
●Ensure the implementation of the communication plan for GCCE –newsletters, social media, website, mailings, GCCE conferences or professional development offerings, etc.
●Coordinate with LUC ITS for tech needs for conferences both in person and remote (e.g., accessing guest Wi-Fi passwords, microphones; ensuring spaces are “smart” rooms)
●Post GCCE campus events to the LUC University Calendar
●Collaborate with SOE marketing and communications to get GCCE events posted to the SOE calendar
2)Administrative Duties
●Serve as a project manager, monitoring logistical details for GCCE contractual services and projects.
●Generate invoices for GCCE services rendered.
●Coordinate all required paperwork for hiring and compensating GCCE consultants.
●Manage and maintain detailed database of GCCE constituents
●Curate specified data to facilitate the GCCE health check/monitoring procedures.
●Other duties as assigned
3)Office Management
●Maintain inventory of office supplies
●Monitor and coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
●Process incoming and outgoing GCCE mail
●Manage campus reservation needs for GCCE
●Coordinate hospitality for GCCE events
●Coordinate GCCE vendor booth logistics at select conferences
●Coordinate logistics for GCCE conferences like Mustard Seed and CHESCS

Appointment & Evaluation
The appointment of the Administrative Coordinator is made by the co-directors under the direction of the Dean of the SOE.
Contract will be one-year. Renewal of contract is based on annual performance evaluation completed by the co-directors.

Reporting
The Administrative Coordinator will report directly to the Co-Directors of the GCCE.
The Administrative Coordinator will provide direct supervision for any Graduate Assistant or Work-Study students assigned to the Greeley Center.

This position is open until filled, but the first round of applications will be reviewed starting April 23, 2021.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience:

Bachelors Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education. A minimum of 3 – 5 years of previous job-related experience.
