Enrollment Management Coordinator for Online Programs

Position Summary:

As an integral member of the Office of Academic Programs, the enrollment management coordinator for online programs will provide critical management, coordination, and support for admission and enrollment management functions for all online programs in the School of Education.

The position is responsible for activities including, but not limited to:
•Direct processing and evaluation of online programs application to include processing admissions applications to completion, to include creating and maintaining admission and student record data and record management for online programs
•Coordinate admissions data sharing between partner and school
•Maintain and update online applications and make necessary changes each entry term
•Post deposits and create student records for online applicants
•Maintain faculty advisor records for admitted applicants
•Troubleshoot technical issues for applicants and recommenders
•Decision and process application fee waivers
•Manage updates to Degree Works and maintence of programs of study for online students
•Provide data for reporting on online programs
•Manage course scheduling build, updates and enrollment forecasting in coordination with the program coordinators
•Maintain and update the online programs academic calendars
•Collaborate new admit lists and LiveText fees with student accounts
•Coordinate TargetX/Saleforce (CRM) updates for online programs, to include application and reviewer updates, creation of new applications, application reviews, integration between CRM & Banner, etc.
•Assist online students with registration
•Reconcile session enrollment with Everspring invoices for payment
•Coordinate and assist with planning of both on-campus and virtual online programs residency weekends.
•Perform various duties deemed appropriate by Senior Assistant Dean for Academic Programs and Student Services
•Support other School of Education activities as needed

Required Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree
•Experience in higher education
•Knowledge of FERPA privacy rules and policies regarding student data
•Demonstrated technical expertise with various computer software programs (i.e., application management systems, CRMs, Student Information Systems, etc.)
•Must demonstrate and excel at working independently and with teams in a fast-paced, environment within a traditional higher education institution
•Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
•Demonstrated excellent communication and problem solving skills
•Experience with project management for small and large projects

Preferred Qualifications:

•Banner, Target X (CRM), and Salesforce software systems
•Preference for online program experience
•Experience in graduate admissions, recruitment or student services

Advertised Pay Range:

up to $45,500, commensurate with experience
