Location: New Orleans, LA

Summary

The Admissions Manager for the School of Architecture works collaboratively with a team of Deans, Program Directors, and Communications staff to create an overall admissions strategy. The position plans, implements, and analyzes undergraduate and graduate admissions processes for the School of Architecture (4-5 undergraduate programs, 4 graduate programs). The manager is responsible for creating and supporting an admissions framework and ensuring all aspects of the admissions process are operating smoothly, from initial contact through orientation. The position continuously strives to increase the number and quality of applicants and improves yield. The manager also plays a strong role in analyzing and presenting recruitment data to identify progress and potential areas of focus or improvement at each stage of the admissions process.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of directly related work experience
OR

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 9 years of directly related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • Experience with Architecture or Design Education
  • Experience with graduate admissions
  • Experience with strategic enrollment management
  • Expertise with Slate (a platform used for admissions and enrollment management)
