Job Description:The University of Texas Permian Basin invites applications for adjunct faculty members in the College of Business. Growth in demand for expanded undergraduate and graduate programs has created the following opportunity for committed instructors as adjuncts on a per class basis:
Accounting, Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, and Industrial Technology.
About The University of Texas Permian Basin:
Located in the West Texas metropolitan area of Odessa-Midland, UT Permian Basin is an affiliate of The University of Texas System and a designated Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) enrolling more than 5,200 students, with approximately 1,300 in the College of Business. The College of Business (http://www.utpb.edu/business) has AACSB-Business accredited programs in five undergraduate majors, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Public Accountancy, plus certificate programs in Energy Business and Healthcare Administration.

Required Qualifications:1.Doctorate (need to be SA as per AACSB standards) OR MBA from an AACSB-accredited program (with 18 hours in the area of interest in teaching), with potential to teach and develop graduate and undergraduate courses, both on-line and face-to-face.
2.Current eligibility to work in the U.S. without restriction, with a valid work visa/permanent residence/U.S. citizenship.
3. All applicants must undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check.
Previous experience teaching credit courses at the college/university level.
