Job Responsibilities

Provides technical advice to management concerning officeand enterprise automation needs regarding computer hardware & software.Responsible for desktop imaging, deployment of software packages, and updatesvia SCCM & WSUS for 550 administrative computers while monitoring helpdesktickets and responding accordingly. Monitors Citrix VDI environment, maintainssystem documentation, performs system maintenance, maintains records ofequipment and lifecycle replacement plan. Serves as user contact for problemswith automation systems, follows through with solutions to problems, trainsusers and staff as needed.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A high school diploma and 5 yrs. experience in office automation systems, data communications system design, installation, operation, repair, sales or marketing, or processing of information in a data processing environment or related systems. A degree in a related field may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.
