The Department of Management at the Miami Herbert School of Business, University of Miami is seeking one or more colleagues who have demonstrated excellence in teaching undergraduate and graduate students in various areas of organizational behavior. Qualified candidates shall have: a terminal degree in organizational behavior or related fields; demonstrated excellence in pedogogy; and the ability to teach courses specifically in areas including managing teams, leadership, training and development, and related areas. Depending on qualifications, the position will be offered as an Assistant/Associate Professor of Professional Practice, Senior Lecturer, or Lecturer. The position is not tenure earning.
