    • Position Description:

    This summer undergraduate student intern works in a research laboratory to help the current lab staff to conduct cancer research including performing experiments and data analysis.

    Qualifications:

    Education/experience/licensing:

      Must be undergraduate student in biomedical sciences or biological sciences in good standing. Must be interested in biomedical science research.
     

    Communication and other skills:

      Must be able to explain clearly to supervisor and others in the lab the data from experiments and analysis. Must be able to trouble shoot or quickly find supervisor to immediately fix any problems.

    Working Conditions:Works in a laboratory research setting and is required to meet the biosafety standards by taking appropriate trainings before working in the lab. Must make sure to generate and maintain laboratory records. Must be able to maintain professionalism in the lab.
