Job Description:

Grant Implementation Support

  • Assist the Principle Investigator and Project manager to implement the grant tasks
  • Manage and facilitate the grant deliverables
  • Assist in implementation of tasks, organize materials, and prepare reports
  • Establish and maintain professional network with grant stakeholders
  • Photograph safety resource and update website

Training Program Support:

  • Assist Training Program Manager with implementing the online and in-person training
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, webinar, virtual training, on-the-job coaching
  • Maintain client records, create and follow up on proposals, schedule training programs
  • Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
  • Provide feedback to program participants and management
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
  • Customer service through phone, email, and website.

Other Duties:

  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Occasional travel during nights and weekends is required.

Minimum of 40 hours per week or as needed to meet grant and project requirements. Must be willing to work flexible hours including some nights and weekends in order to complete the project by established deadlines. Some travel is required.

Expected Salary:

$12-$15 per hour

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Proficient in Excel spreadsheets a must
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Organization Skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone and in writing
  • Must be successful working independently and as part of a team. Must be proactive and take initiative with limited supervision.
  • Experience supporting, scheduling, and promoting training related activities.
  • Experience developing and analyzing project budgets and schedules.
  • Experience with online meeting software such as Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc.
