Program Coordinator, Student Affairs
Job Description:Recruit, hire, schedule, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate one full-time program specialist and 100 plus facility operations student employees, to include: programs assistants, interns, supervisors, and entry-level associates
Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of Recreational Sports facilities and outdoor activity spaces; assess facility needs, generate reports, gather data, and make informed recommendations for improvement of recreational facilities and services
Provide oversight and leadership for facility requests and event services for Recreational Sports facilities
Assist with equipment planning, purchasing, and inventory for a comprehensive Recreational Sports program
Expected Salary:Commensurate with education and experience.
Minimum Requirements:Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience
Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree and two years of experience in recreational sports; or a bachelor’s degree and four years of experience related to recreational sports
