POSTDOCTORAL ASSOCIATE, The Boston University Institute for Sustainable Energy Tracking Code2567 Job Description
The Boston University Institute for Sustainable Energy (ISE), in collaboration with Information Technology and Innovation Foundation and the Fraunhofer Center for Advanced Manufacturing, is looking for an AY21-22 postdoctoral fellow with interest and expertise in decarbonizing the major industrial sectors in the U.S. The successful candidate must have:
-demonstrated expertise in techno-economic modeling of technological change in specific sectors of the economy;
-familiarity with the existing energy and emissions models and modeling literature for one or more industrial sectors; and
-a combination education in science, engineering, and industrial policy and climate policy.

Must have a Ph.D; be able to undertake substantially full-time research or scholarship work under the supervision of a senior scholar and must have strong quantitative and data analytic skills.
