The Associate Registrar for Classroom and Curriculum management coordinates and leads the class scheduling, classroom management, and implementation of academic courses, programs and policies approved by the informative leadership of Boston University. They collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that curriculum and courses are accurately presented in all Boston University resources and that classroom resources are effectively deployed to support the curricular needs of the University's students and faculty. The Associate Registrar must demonstrate the ability to optimally identify priorities, take initiative in planning and implementing work; select, develop and evaluate staff, and deploy resources effectively.

Required Skills

  • An earned bachelor's degree is required for this position, a master’s degree in progress or earned a plus
  • As a working manager, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant job experience and possess talents that will allow them and their staff to thrive in a fast-paced environment, carrying out multiple projects with significant autonomy
  • The nature of the work requires strong technical, writing and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, a collaborative management style
  • Experience with 25Live Pro and curriculum management a plus
