Adjunct faculty are employed to teach up to 12 credit hours in the Fall and Spring semester and/or up to 8 credit hours during Summer session. Teaching load is based upon student enrollment and staffing needs. Instruction may be during the day, evening, or weekend. Compensation is per credit hour and based upon rank. The adjunct faculty appointment contains no guarantee of continued employment.Special Assignments:
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.KSA's/Required Qualifications:
Adept knowledge of instructional technologies. Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills. Ability to work with a diverse student population. Master’s degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate credit hours in Computer Science/ Information Technology.Preferred Qualifications:
College level teaching experience.Operation of a State Vehicle:
