Training and Experience: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

An Associate's degree AND two years of experience providing assistance to students or customers regarding inquiries, complaints or problems;

Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations at a level associated with the completion of a high school diploma or equivalent;

Sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position;

Demonstrated strong telephone, email and interpersonal communication skills; and

Demonstrated commitment to pluralism and the ability to support a diverse workplace and educational environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution;
Work experience in a University's office of registration, admissions, cashiering, financial aid, support services or a related function;

Strong computer knowledge with the ability to navigate through Microsoft Office applications; and

Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.

KNOWLEDGE OF:
Modern office practices and procedures;

Knowledge of the use of a variety of office equipment;

Using Microsoft Office suite and other productivity software to perform complex word processing, data base, spreadsheet and Outlook functions; and

Using the web and research databases.

Current notary or willing to become a notary republic (PREFFERED) Testing Requirements:Illustrative Examples of Work: Specifically, the position fulfills receptionist duties, receives payments, receives enrollment and registration paperwork, schedules appointments, and provides front line customer service. Customer service is provided in-person at the front counter, via email, and over the telephone. This position also provides general programmatic support for admissions, registrars, enrollment services, financial, aid, student account and/or student development functions and staff.

This support may include, but is not limited to processing transcripts, inputting test scores, file management, data entry, campus, state or federal reporting, database management and/or troubleshooting, receiving, sending and processing mail, and/or general administrative/clerical tasks.

Tasked to assist with the management of student assistants. This includes paperwork submission, time approval, task management .

Quickly provide updates to co-workers and student assistants for changes that occur within enrollment services and supported departments.

Responsible for maintaining Admithub software. This includes ensuring text message campaigns are sent timely, based on the operations calendar, ensuring the knowledge base remains current, collaborating with other departments to address communication needs.

Manage and respond to department emails.

Manage Samanage tickets; ensuring that the system is cleared daily.

Assist Enrollment Service Manager with weekly data review and analysis which will including identifying productivity improvement areas. Posting Date: 03-12-2021 Closing Date:
