Position Description
The primary purpose of the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness is to ensure the institutional effectiveness and planning processes of college programs and services.
Major Responsibilities/Duties
- Develop and implement the assessment planning process.
- Collect, store, process, and disseminate appropriate demographic, trend, and assessment data.
- Develop and maintain data instruments, software, and integrity measures necessary to collect and manage college data.
- Maintain compliance reports for SACS.
- Oversee college accreditation activities.
- Create semester course completion reports.
- Work with Chief Academic Affairs Officer to identify issues for study, analysis, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with Division Chairs on academic course offerings.
- Provide internal campus service and serve on System Office Institutional Effectiveness team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree (related field), and three years related experience, or equivalent.
Salary range is $4,646 to $5,900 per month.
KY law requires state and national pre-employment background checks as a condition of employment.
