Job Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the dean, the program coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the Radiologic Technology Program. The coordinator is responsible for teaching courses, designing and developing curriculum, evaluating adjunct personnel and student performance, advising students, and maintaining program budget and accreditation.
This position requires a master’s degree, at least five (5) years of full-time clinical experience in Radiologic Technology, two (2) years of experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program, current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration in radiography and current South Carolina Radiation Quality Standard Association (SCRQSA) certification.
Preferred QualificationsThe successful candidate must be knowledgeable of course development, instruction, evaluation and academic advising. Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge of accreditation process is essential.
