Senior Vice President for Entrepreneurial Education Initiatives

Reporting to the President, the Senior Vice President for Entrepreneurial Education Initiatives will oversee all of the University’s current and future initiatives designed to build partnerships with, and educational opportunities for, students in New Jersey’s K-12 school districts. The Senior Vice President will manage operations to benefit both the students, by enhancing their skills and educational performance, and the University, by creating long-term partnerships that will help serve as a pipeline for students to pursue and complete their higher education experience at Kean in a timely manner. This position requires travel and a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications: Master’s degree; six years of administrative experience working in New Jersey’s public schools system; teaching experience; and State of New Jersey certifications at the Principal and School Administrator level are required. Doctorate degree/candidate, ten years of administrative experience as listed above and experience as a Superintendent of Schools preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, including the ability to conduct presentations with multiple stakeholders.
