Purpose of Job

Provide all cleaning services to classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas in such a way as to help create a positive learning and working environment

Education Requirements

High School diploma or GED

Experience Requirements

Prior office/institutional cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain building (i.e. faculty/staff lounge, gallery, and classrooms in multiple buildings).
• Clean entrance glass doors/windows
• Laundry
• Manage cleaning supplies
• Perform housekeeping Work Request
• Knowledge of Microsoft computer for compiling data and record Work Request
• Performs other related duties as required

• Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job:
• Requires bending
• Reaching

Other Job Information

• Must pass criminal background check prior to starting position.
• Pay period is 21st of month through 20th of next month
• Payday is last working day of the month (results in ten-day lag in pay)
• Casual employment status – Not eligible for benefits.

Work Schedule

Monday – Sunday
Casual Time
(8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; 6 – 11:00 p.m. or 5 – 10:00 p.m.)
