Job Summary The Custodian performs various cleaning duties at the facilities and grounds to promote the overall appearance and cleanliness of the college campus.

Responsibilities

Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and replenishes restroom supplies.Collects and properly disposes of waste materials.Reports repair work and/or damages to the proper supervision. Cleans and sanitizes stairs and stairwells. Sanitizes high contact interior and exterior surfaces such as door handles.Cleans and sanitizes classrooms and labs.Cleans and sanitizes common gathering areas.Cleans and sanitizes Student Services areas.Cleans and sanitizes office areas.Empties trash containers and moves the contents to the proper pick up stations.Keeps and makes routine reports.Replenishes all supplies.Performs other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED is required for this position. Minimum of six months experience required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
