    The Assessment Coordinator, in conjunction with the unit's Director, may coordinate the referral development and pre-admission assessment process and provide clinical assessments for potential patients.


    1. 4 year college degree/bachelors or 10 years of clinical experience.2. Active licensure in the State of Ohio as either a LPC, LSW, MSW, or RN.3. Physical requirements:a. visual acuity of 20/20 or corrected to 20/20 including color vision when applicable;b. ability to hear (with or without aides)c. ability to orally communicated. good manual dexteritye. ability to push, pull, roll, and transfer/lift 50 pounds occasionallyf. ability to stand, walk frequentlyg. ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel frequently

    Working Conditions:Working conditions include but are not limited to an environment of high stress where exposure to blood borne pathogens and other infectious agents, unpleasant odors, limited space, dust and fumes, variations in environmental temperature, hazardous chemicals, loud noise, radiation risk, laser exposure, physically demanding workloads, heavy lifting of at least 30 pounds but often more. Many repetitive activities and motions such as bending, standing and walking for extended periods of time are required. Some risk of verbal, physical and emotional aggression may be experienced.
